Your profile photo must meet the following requirements:
Show your whole face
Be centered and clearly visible
Have good lighting
It should not have any of the following issues:
Face is cut off
Sunglasses, hats, or anything covering your face
Dark or blurry
Multiple people or other faces
Eyes closed
If your photo still isn’t accepted, try uploading a different one that fits these guidelines.

We ask you to upload a photo to complete your profile and increase your chances of getting hired. Having a photo makes your profile look more professional, helps employers recognize you, and builds trust.
