If your email is already in use, it means that you’ve signed up with that email address before. You can either log in to your existing account or sign up with a different email address. If you forgot your password for your existing account, click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
Do I have a sign-up code?
You’ll have a sign-up code if the Traba team invites you to join the app. Usually, you’ll get it as a text message while you're talking to one of our team members on the phone. If you don’t have one, you can leave it blank and keep going. If you believe you should have a code, ask the person who invited you.
My phone number is invalid.
Double-check that your phone number is correct. For U.S. numbers, it should look like +1 (123) 456-7890. It has 1 for the country code, a 3-digit area code, and a 7-digit number. International numbers have different formats, follow the format for that specific country.
My phone number is already in use.
If your phone number is already in use, it means that you have an existing account using that phone number. You can either log in to your account or continue signing up with a different phone number. If you forgot your password for your existing account, click "Forgot Password" to reset it.
My ZIP code is invalid.
Double-check that your ZIP code is correct. It should be a U.S. ZIP code for where you currently live or where you will be commuting from to work. A U.S. ZIP code is a 5-digit number, it should look like 12345.
I didn’t get a verification code.
If you didn’t receive a verification code, wait a few minutes to see if the text message comes in. If you still don’t see the message, double-check that your phone number is correct and that your phone has a good signal. If needed, click "Resend Code" to get a new code.
My verification code is invalid.
Verification codes expire after 10 minutes, so if you didn’t enter it in time, it might no longer work. You can click "Resend Code" to get a new one. Make sure to enter the code exactly as it shows.
Do I have a referral code?
You’ll have a referral code if someone invites you to join the app. If you don’t have one, you can leave it blank and keep going. If you believe you should have a code, ask the person who invited you.
