After each event, we need to receive and verify timesheets from the event organizers or on-site managers. This step is essential to ensure that everyone is paid accurately based on the hours they worked. Since these timesheets are not always sent immediately, there can be a short delay before we can begin processing payments.
Once we receive the timesheets and confirm the details, payments are typically issued within 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure everything is handled properly and fairly.
