What is the Trust and Safety Fee?

The Trust and Safety fee is a mandatory fee all 1099 workers pay when working shifts through Traba to make sure they have Occupational Accident Insurance. This makes sure they are covered in case they get into any incidents on site and need medical assistance.

The cost of this is 50 cents per hour and will be noted on the app for each shift completed.
