Does Traba use automated or AI-powered calls and texts?

Yes. Traba may contact you using automated systems, including:

  • Robo-calls and robo-texts — automated messages sent to your phone number on file

  • AI-generated voice calls — calls where the voice you hear is generated by artificial intelligence, not a live person

  • Recorded calls with live representatives

These may be used to send shift updates, reminders, alerts, or to conduct interviews.

Are my calls recorded?

Yes. Any communication you have with Traba — whether with an automated system, an AI assistant, or a live team member — may be recorded. You will be informed at the start of the call that it may be recorded. By continuing the call, you consent to the recording.

Recordings are used internally for quality assurance, training, and improving Traba's systems. They are not shared externally.

What if I don't want to be recorded?

You can end or decline a call if you don't want it recorded. However, please note that some services — such as certain onboarding interviews — may not be available if you choose not to participate in a recorded call.

Can I opt out of Traba communications?

For text messages, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. For other communications, contact Traba through the chat in the app.
