What is the ICBA?
The ICBA is an organization that supports and advocates for independent contractors. As a member, you're part of a broader community of workers who are educated about their rights and interests as independent contractors.
Do I have to be a member?
By accepting Traba's Terms of Use and working shifts on the platform, you are automatically enrolled in ICBA membership, and the $0.05/hour fee is applied to cover dues. This is separate from the $0.53/hour Trust and Safety Fee that covers your occupational accident insurance.
