After every completed shift, both you and the business have the opportunity to leave feedback.

How are workers rated?

Businesses rate workers on a scale after each shift. Ratings typically reflect:

  • Punctuality (arriving on time and ready to work)

  • Work quality and effort

  • Professionalism and attitude

  • Following on-site instructions

Where can I see my ratings?

Your ratings are visible in your Traba profile. You can review your overall score and individual shift feedback in the Profile section of the app.

How do ratings affect me?

Your ratings directly influence:

  • Your visibility to businesses when they're browsing workers

  • Whether businesses approve you for shifts you apply to

  • Your likelihood of receiving Shift Invitations

  • Your eligibility for Long-Term Opportunities

Can I dispute a rating?

If you believe a rating is inaccurate or unfair, contact Traba Support with details about the shift. While we cannot guarantee changes to ratings, we will review cases where there is clear evidence of an error.

Do I rate businesses?

Yes. After completing a shift, you can rate your experience with the business. This feedback helps Traba maintain quality standards across the platform and helps other workers make informed decisions about which shifts to take.
