Yes, in some cases you can work more than one shift in a day, but there are a few things to keep in mind.
Back-to-back shifts
You can claim shifts that are scheduled consecutively, as long as there is no overlap and you can realistically travel between locations in time. Make sure to account for commute time — being late to a shift due to a prior one running over is still treated as a late arrival.
Overlapping shifts
You cannot be booked on two shifts that overlap in time. The app will prevent you from claiming a shift that conflicts with an existing booking.
Overtime considerations
If you work more than 8 hours in a single day or 40 hours in a week (thresholds vary by state), overtime rules may apply. See: How Overtime Pay is Calculated.
Rest between shifts
Some states have mandatory rest period requirements between shifts. Traba complies with all applicable labor laws in your state. If you have questions about your state's rules, contact Support.
