You can view your earnings at any time through the Traba app. Here's how to understand what you're seeing.
Where to find your earnings
Go to the Payments tab in the app. Here you'll see a summary of your recent shifts and what you've been paid.
What's included in a shift payment?
Each shift payment reflects:
Base pay: Your hourly rate × hours worked
Overtime pay (if applicable): Any hours that qualify for overtime, paid at the applicable rate
Incentives or bonuses (if applicable): Any additional pay advertised for the shift
Adjustments (if applicable): Corrections applied after the shift, either adding or subtracting from your pay
What is Quick Pay?
Quick Pay allows you to access your earnings faster than the standard payment schedule, typically within minutes of a shift being completed. There may be a small fee for this service. See: Quick Pay at Traba.

An adjustment is a correction to your pay — it can be positive (e.g., you were underpaid) or negative (e.g., there was a data entry error). See: What is an adjustment?
