If you're not receiving push notifications from Traba, you may miss important updates about your shifts. Here's how to fix it.
Check your notification settings
iOS: Go to Settings → Notifications → Traba → Make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned on
Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Traba → Notifications → Make sure notifications are enabled
Check in-app notification preferences
Open the Traba app and go to Settings → Notifications to make sure all relevant notification types are enabled.
Make sure your phone isn't in Do Not Disturb mode
If Do Not Disturb is active, notifications may be silenced even if they're being sent.
Still not receiving notifications?
Try logging out of the app and logging back in. If the problem persists, contact Traba Support with your device type (iPhone/Android) and OS version so we can investigate.
Important: Always confirm your upcoming shifts manually in the app, especially within 24 hours of the shift start. Do not rely solely on push notifications to know your schedule.
