Invitation Does Not Guarantee a Spot: Businesses often send more invitations than available slots to ensure the shift is filled. If all spots are taken before you respond, you won’t be able to accept the invitation.
Waitlist Process: If the shift is full, you may be placed on a waitlist. You’ll receive a notification if a spot opens, but placement is still first-come, first-served.
