If you are having issues changing your bank account in Stripe and wish to send your payments to a different bank account, you will need to log in to your Stripe Express Dashboard through the Payments Center in the Traba app to resolve your issues. There are usually two main scenarios that cause this problem. The guide below will walk you through each scenario and how to get help.

Scenario 1: I can't update my bank/card details because I don't know my old bank/card account number

If you would like to update your bank account, but don't have your old bank account number necessary to make this change, you should be able to upload your ID to be verified in lieu of entering your old bank account number.

Please login to your Express Dashboard, navigate to your payout accounts, and follow the steps to upload your ID. You should be able to see in the Dashboard if your upload was successful or not. Once your ID has been verified, you will be able to make the necessary changes.

Scenario 2: I attempt to update my Express Bank/card number but get stuck in a loop

You may be missing some crucial information needed to help verify your identity before you can complete the payout method update process.
