If you wish to delete your business user account, you can do so in the Traba Business Portal by following the steps below.
Please Note:
If you have a business user account, and your business has not posted any shifts or has any other users, your entire business account will be deleted along with all of your personal information.
If you have a business user account, and your business has posted shifts, your personal account and personal information will be deleted, but Traba will still retain all company information, shift history, and all other users at the company will be kept active.
Step 1:
First sign into your business account.
Step 2:
Once signed in, click account settings on the bottom left side of the screen and you will be take to the page below. In account settings, click on the delete account tab on the far right of the scree. Fill out the form and hit the "Submit Delete Request" and your account will be deleted.
