We understand plans change, life happens, and sometimes you cannot go to a shift you've signed up for. In this case, you MUST cancel the shift in your app. Below are screenshots on how to do so:
Important things for you to consider:
Please aim to cancel a shift at least 18 hours before the shift start to avoid any penalties to your metrics or risks of temporary account suspensions. If it is within 18 hours to the shift, please try your best and explore all options to try to make it to your shift. That would be the most beneficial for both you and the business
If you do not cancel the shift and do not show up to the shift, you will be tagged as a no-show, which will suspend your Traba account for 7 days. It is always better to cancel a shift, than not cancelling and not showing up
Even if it is an unavoidable emergency, cancel the shift on the app and you can later send us supporting documents (like a doctor's note) to have your metrics and account re-instated
Late cancelling a shift too often can lead to a permanent ban off the Traba platform
