On the Traba platform, you work as an independent contractor and as such, most employment laws are not relevant for contractors. You are welcome to sign up to shifts and work well over 40 hours each week if you wish to, but you are not owed any bonus or extra compensation for doing so. You will of course get paid the regular amount for all hours you work, always.
