Communication with Businesses

A business might reach out to you with information about your shift, including but not limited to:

  • Location

  • Attire

  • Job instructions

You can view and respond to messages in the “Messages” section of your Traba App. You can only respond to a business’s message if they message you first. Once a business messages you, you have 48 hours to respond.

If you have questions about payment or joining shifts, do NOT contact the business. Contact Traba’s help center here: https://traba.page.link/help-intercom
