If your shift is canceled within 18 hours of the shift start then you will be paid between $35-$50 as compensation for the shift (unless it is canceled due to extreme weather, then there is no compensation).

If you arrive at a shift on time/ early but are turned away, then you will also be compensated between $35-$50 as compensation, providing no other issues have occurred (such as incorrect attire, you have been blocked by another agency to work with that company, etc…), if you are late then you do not qualify for any compensation.

If you get canceled off a shift because a business blocks you for performance or behavior-related issues, you may not receive any compensation.
