Canceled shift / Turned away

If your shift is canceled within 18 hours of the shift start then you will be paid between $20-$50 as compensation for the shift (unless it is canceled due to extreme weather, then there is no compensation).

If you arrive at a shift on time/ early but are turned away, then you will also be compensated between $20-$50 as compensation, providing no other issues have occurred (such as incorrect attire, you have been blocked by another agency to work with that company, etc…), if you are late then you do not qualify for any compensation.

If the shift is a Virtual/ Online/over-the-phone shift and that gets canceled, then there is also no payment as any and all interview shifts are also not paid.

If you get canceled off a shift because a business blocks you for performance or behavior-related issues, you may not receive any compensation. Please also note that if you are removed/ canceled from a shift within 2 hours from the shift start and you had not confirmed your shift, your location was not on, and you had not responded to our messages or calls, then you will also receive no compensation.
