How to update your information in the app:
Open the Traba app and go to your Profile
Tap Edit Profile or the relevant section
Make your changes and save
What you can update:
Profile photo
Phone number
Email address
Home address
Emergency contact
What requires additional steps:
Legal name: Your legal name must match your government ID and tax documents. To change your legal name, contact Traba Support with a copy of your updated ID.
Social Security Number / Tax information: Changes to your SSN or W-9 information must be made through your Stripe Express account. See: How can I manage and troubleshoot W-9 form issues in Traba?
