If you haven't worked any shifts on Traba for an extended period, here's what you can expect.

Short-term inactivity (1–3 months)

Your account remains fully active. You can log back in and claim shifts at any time.

Extended inactivity (3+ months)

Your account will remain in the system, but you may need to re-verify certain information or re-complete some onboarding steps (such as updated background check requirements) before being approved for shifts again. This is to ensure all workers meet current compliance standards.

Will I lose my ratings or work history?

No. Your completed shift history and ratings are retained on your account even during periods of inactivity.

Do I need to notify Traba if I'm taking a break?

No, there's no need to notify us. Simply log back in when you're ready to work again.

What if I want to permanently stop using Traba?

You can delete your account at any time. See: How To Delete Your Worker Account?
