Did you accidentally sign up for a business account instead of a worker account?
Don't sweat it. You can delete your business account and sign up for a new worker account in a few quick steps.
Step 1:
First sign into your business account.
Step 2:
Once signed in, click account settings on the bottom left side of the screen and you will be take to the page below. In account settings, click on the delete account tab on the far right of the scree. Fill out the form and hit the "Submit Delete Request." Provided you haven't posted any shifts or submitted any business actions, your account will be automatically deleted.
Step 3:
Once you submit your request for deletion, navigate back to your mobile worker app and you can proceed to sign up, make your account, and accept shifts.
