If you wish to delete your worker account for any reason, you can do so in your Traba app. Please be aware that if you delete your worker account you will:
No longer be able to access your account, and all of your personal information will be deleted.
You will be unable to reverse this action for 90 days.
You will be removed from all future shifts.
Please note that for payment and tax purposes, Traba will retain data on past shift information and history, payment history, and company experience.
To delete your worker account, open your app and log in. Once logged in, click on your profile in the top left of the screen.
Then click on the question mark in top right corner.
Then click on the "delete your account" button at the bottom of the page.
Read through the rules around account deletion. If you are sure you want to delete your account, press "Delete my account" and your account will be deleted.
