An account Suspension is a temporary lock of your Traba account. The suspension will last 7 days. During this time, you will not be able to sign-up or attend shifts on Traba.
An account Ban is a permanent block of your account and will not be undone once placed.
There are various reasons that may lead to suspension:
Failure to attend a scheduled shift without prior notification (referred to as a 'No Show')
Late cancellations of shifts
Repeated tardiness to shifts
Leaving a shift without informing on-site supervisors
Additionally, if you are consistently late more than three times within a 30-day timeframe, your account may be banned permanently from Traba's services.
Traba reserves the right to suspend or ban users for displaying inappropriate behavior during shifts or for violating the terms of service.
